Abqu Umamah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying, "Read the Qur'an, for it will come as an intercessor for its reciters on the Day of Resurrection.'' [Muslim]

I really like both them, keep up the great work.
I try to read the quran everyday even if its a only a little bit. No inspirational religious story today?
Just a comment, but I think you should have an Ayah and hadith of the week, because it can be a little difficult to look and update one everyday.
